1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and making a purchase at www.gofishsupplier.com, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Products
Gofish Supplier sells digital guides about product resale. All products are digital in nature and are delivered by download or online access upon payment confirmation.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment must be completed at the time of order.
4. Delivery
Digital products are available immediately upon payment confirmation, via a download link or access to the platform.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish consumer protection law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the customer has given express consent to the start of performance and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.
6. Use of content
The guides purchased are for personal use. Their reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing without the express authorization of Gofish Supplier is prohibited.
7. Liability
Gofish Supplier does not guarantee financial results from the use of the guides. The content is informational and educational in nature. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
