Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Digital products
Gofish Supplier exclusively sells digital products (aftermarket steering wheel supplier guides).
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (Spanish consumer protection law), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract.
However, pursuant to Article 103.m) of that law, the right of withdrawal does not apply where the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium has begun with the consumer's prior, express consent, and the consumer has acknowledged that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, the customer gives their express consent for the supply to begin immediately and acknowledges that, once access to or download of the content has started, they lose their right of withdrawal.
Issues and defective products
Even though the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases described above, Gofish Supplier is committed to resolving any issue related to the proper delivery of the product.
In particular, the customer may contact us if:
• The downloaded file is damaged or corrupted.
• The content cannot be downloaded or accessed properly due to reasons attributable to Gofish Supplier.
• The content received does not correspond to the product purchased.
In any of these cases, the customer should write to info@ stating the order number and a description of the issue.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will provide renewed access to the product or, where the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
Response time
Claims will be handled within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as other applicable Spanish and European regulations.
